We ship to curly girls all over the world. Shipping costs will be added at checkout. Please see our shipping & delivery page for our prices.
Buyers are responsible for any customs charges related to shipments if they apply. Please note that once your order has left for shipping and is in the hands of the postal courier, Style My Curls cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur during shipping including delays.
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery times vary according to where you are located. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on Monday
How can I track my order?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent out once your order has been dispatched. If you selected the tracked shipping option, you will receive a link to track your order. If you are in the UK, orders usually arrive in 3-5 business days. If you're in the rest of Europe, orders usually arrive within 10 business days. US deliveries can take up to 15 days. For orders going to the rest of the world, please allow up to 25 business days.
Most items arrive within the estimated delivery times stated above. If you have not received your item in the usual time, don't worry as delays do occasionally occur. However, if you have not received your item within 7 business days for the UK, 25 business days for Europe, USA or Canada and 30 business days for rest of world, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate with the courier.

How do I make a return or exchange?
We understand, sometimes you order something and it just doesn’t work for you and you want your money back. We have a 14 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a saleable condition, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 14 days have passed since your item delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
If you are returning an order for any reason, other than those that are faulty or there is an error by Style my Curls you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products. Please ensure that you also return any free gifts that are associated with your return items or the related order. If the free gift isn’t returned, then we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your refund.
We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey and that you keep a proof of postage.
Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including:
- Bonnets & Pillowcases
- Combs & brushes
- Hair Accessories e.g. Scrunchies
None of this affects your statutory rights.
To initiate a return, simply forward your sales confirmation or proof of purchase with your request to email@example.com. We will advise you of the next steps.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item/s, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
Sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. As we try our best to provide an exceptional service, however some factors like rough shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.
Please contact us within 48 hrs of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. a picture and description of the damage. We will get back to you with next steps. Upon confirmation of damage, we will be able to send a replacement or offer a full refund including the cost of returning the item to your original method of payment.
What happens if I receive an incorrect product/order?
We carefully hand-pick and pack all orders however, occasionally errors can occur. If you have received the wrong product or parcel, please email email@example.com and ensure you've included the following information:
- The email address you used to place your order
- Your order number
- Details of the item/s missing from your order
- A clear picture of the invoice and product received.
When should I expect my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of having received the returned item.
How can I find ingredients listing for products?
Our product descriptions contain detailed ingredients information and directions for use. Manufacturers sometimes alter formulations without prior notification, it is our aim to publish the most up to date information. Please be sure to read product labels before use.
